She Asked Her Husband What He Would Do After She Died But She Didn’t Expect To Hear The Truth

There’s an old proverb that says you should use caution while making requests. It’s justified by the possibility that you might receive an unfavorable response.

Any married person who has been together for longer than a week will tell you that there are occasions when you need exercise caution in what you ask for in a relationship. No one knows that better than the married couple in the joke that follows.

She posed a query that, from the dawn of time, has presumably been asked by every married person, yet she received a surprising response.

“Will you marry after I die?” a husband queries his spouse.

“No, I will live with my sister,” is the wife’s reply.

In response, the wife asks, “Will you marry after I die?”

“No, I will also live with your sister,” the husband replies.
