This 17-year-old boy builds a house entirely out of wood so he never has to pay rent

Every young person must eventually come to terms with reality, with all of its benefits and drawbacks.

Growing up and becoming financially independent is one of the main challenges one faces.

A job can help you achieve this, but the monthly costs can be very high.

Anyone wishing to live alone is aware of the influence rent has on monthly costs.

These costs, particularly in the beginning of your profession, might be extremely burdensome. For this reason, a 17-year-old kid constructs a wood-only home in order to avoid ever having to pay rent.

At the age of seventeen, Thomas Lear took a very significant and unusual choice. The young man is well-prepared. Once you’re financially independent, get a job and move out on your own.

However, he quickly discovers that rent is extremely expensive. This is how, in order to avoid ever having to pay rent, he made the decision, at the age of 17, to construct a house made completely of wood.

He chooses to establish his tiny home in the expansive garden of his parents.

Thomas and his parents will be able to live independently again in this way, and most importantly, the young man won’t have to pay rent with his whole wage.

His father, grandfather, and a few friends all contributed to the construction of the house, which was made completely of wood. The young man actually stated:

My 82-year-old grandfather handled the electrical work, with occasional assistance from a friend. Tim, my father, assisted me with the plumbing. However, I completed everything else by myself, putting this dream first every weekend.

Thomas had to wait several years and $7,00 to make his goal come true. Now that he is twenty-one, the young guy does not have to pay a dime for rent.

Despite its diminutive size, the construction is well-planned. You already own what you need to lead the finest possible life.

This young man demonstrates how all of our aspirations are achievable with perseverance and dedication—he chose to build a wooden house at the age of 17. The young man describes what happened to him:

All I wanted was a life free of stress. Being 21 and not having to pay rent with cash is a pleasant feeling. I feel at ease knowing that I have everything.

Like Thomas, a lot of young people are in similar circumstances, but not all of them have the resources or the space to establish such a structure.
