Since 2017, Jessy Muller, also known on Instagram as @slowroamer, has been living on the road in her self-built, refurbished Dodge Commander RV.
She started working on the 1978 Commander’s transformation in 2016 and did so for more than a year.
She is not familiar with or has any past experience remodeling an RV.
Jessy was forced to learn plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and auto maintenance on her own.
To think that throughout her hunt for an RV, she was prepared to settle with a “really ugly motorhome.”
That is, until one day, she came across this antique RV on Craigslist.
Although it fit her style, what was most amazing was that it was going for a whopping $1,900!
She knew there were other potential buyers when she showed up with cash in hand.
