Woman couldn’t retire but tiny home costs her $75/month and she’s built an entire village

It makes sense that the majority of them don’t want to be burdened by a mortgage, considering how expensive housing is these days. Others tend to favor a minimalist lifestyle and wish to simplify.

In general, from a financial standpoint, it’s a very smart and daring decision.

Building and residing in a tiny house is a fantastic option for those on a tight budget who wish to reduce their living expenses.

When Michelle “MJ” Boyle’s kids left for college, she came to this realization.

She knew how hard it was just to make ends meet as a single mother living paycheck to paycheck. She immediately used the majority of her salary on necessities. Now that her children were living away from home, she wanted to take advantage of her newfound freedom, but it appeared that the expense of living was simply too expensive.

She began considering retirement, but that was out of her price range.

She considered constructing a modest house and relocating there. She used the money she saved from her corporate salary each month to invest in a little house. She obtained her own house in a few months, which she cherishedly called “My Empty Nest.”

Even though it was modest, the house contained everything she could have wanted.
