Step inside this farmhouse style tiny home with an interior so luxurious, you’ll forget you’re in a RV

With its growing popularity, tiny-house living has crossed the threshold from being just a trend into a full-blown movement. It’s now a lifestyle choice that encourages downsizing and learning to live with less. It promotes simple living, intending to be kinder to the environment.
According to Mike Timmons, sales manager for Recreational Resort Cottages and Cabins, one of the favorites among all of the company’s tiny homes is the Cardinal. This RV measures 399 square feet: 15 feet wide and 32 feet long.

The Cardinal’s stark, predominantly white exterior is a sight to behold. The 6-foot front porch is quite impressive. Its composite decking is not only durable but also environmentally friendly.
Its white James Hardie exterior siding, which is waterproof, fire, and pest resistant, protects both the exterior and the interior of the house longer. The black rebar rails, as well as the black metal roof in contrast to the white posts and siding, add a touch of elegance to the tiny house.
Another pocket door allows access to the walk-in closet. As you enter, there’s a dedicated space, separated by a wall, for a stackable washing machine and dryer. In the closet area, real wood was used for the double open shelves with rods for hanging clothes.
A hickory-colored rail leading to the loft matches the hickory-stained stairs. Additional storage can be found in the pull-out drawers under the steps of the stairs.
